Definition: A Non-Returner is a student who has completed the academic course work for the current semester and is not planning on returning to Whittier College for a period of time or permanently.
The completion of this form is required to officially separate from Whittier College.
The completed form must be submitted to the Registrar's Office to complete the withdrawal process.
A student is not considered a Non-Returner until this completed form is accepted by the Registrar's Office.

Note: Students who return, must apply for readmission with the Registrar’s Office before resuming their studies. Students who do not meet the conditions listed in the Code of Federal Regulations-34 CFR 668.22(d), will be considered withdrawn from the school.
Must meet with the Dean of Students prior to submitting a completed form.
By signing this form, I understand that the Registrar’s Office will withdraw or cancel all course enrollments for current and future terms in accordance with add/drop and withdrawal deadlines as published in the Academic Calendar. I understand that I am not eligible to receive a transcript or diploma and register or attend classes at Whittier College until my entire financial obligation to the College is satisfied. It is my responsibility to contact the Office of Financial Aid to see how my financial awards might be affected. By providing my telephone number, I authorize Whittier College and its representing agencies to contact me regarding my financial obligation.
